We specialise in making items from heat-sealable plastic film such as low, medium and high-density polythene (LDPE, MDPE and HDPE) – either virgin, recycled, food grade, sack grade or medical grade etc. – cast polypropylene (CPP), oriented polypropylene (OPP), polyurethane, and PVC etc. These can be natural or clear, plain or printed, in high-impact, matt, tinted, frosted, opaque and light-fast materials.

We normally work in any gauge material from 25 micron (100 gauge) to 250mu. (1000g) - or vari-gauge materials within those ranges - although thicker films can be catered for on special jobs. Shrink-wrap, bubble-wrap and laminated materials can also be used. Special requirements such as biodegradable, conductive, flame retardant, water soluble, or micro-perforated materials can also be sourced, with additives such as ultra-violet inhibitors (UVI), ethyl vinyl alcohol (EVA), vehicle corrosive inhibitor (VCI), or anti-slip/anti-static, added.
