Tavak is a specialist converter of heat sealable materials, such as polythene
(polyethylene), polypropylene, polyurethane etc. These can either be printed or plain, coloured or clear, in a variety of gauges
from 25 micron (100 gauge) to 250mu.(1000g), and can include additives such as UVI (Ultra-Violet Inhibitors), anti-static or other
specialist requirements. For more details of the materials we use and the specifications we can work to, please look at our
Materials page.
Using a combination of automated equipment, our own tools and skilled staff, we cut, form, assemble and heat seal materials
to produce a range of items. Our Products page will give you more idea of the sort of
goods we manufacture/supply.
We offer a 'Design Service' (that builds on the normal advice and assistance we give all our customers) for when you need
help in developing your product. From your brief we will work with you, using our knowledge and experience to help develop the
best design, specify suitable materials and decide on manufacturing techniques to create a unique solution that meets your
requirements. Tavak has the expertise to take your product from prototype to production. The
Extras page will help to explain more about some of the areas we specialize in.
We produce work for many companies within the packaging industry as well as selling direct to customers in many industries.
Our customers range from large multi-national corporations requiring tens of thousands of items, through to individuals looking to
develop a product with one-off samples. The Industry page will give you some idea of the
types of industries that have so far benefited from our expertise. If you can't find what you are looking for through the above,
